Therapy for Moms—
Overcome Motherhood Burnout

Specialized support for overwhelmed moms — by a therapist and mom who gets it.

Motherhood changes everything and sometimes, it leaves you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where you went. You love your family, but the mental and emotional load feels heavy. You’re ready to feel calm, confident, and like yourself again.

You wake up already tired.
Your shoulders ache from carrying invisible lists, what’s for dinner, who’s behind on homework, whether your partner’s in a mood. Your breath stays high in your chest; your jaw clenches even when you smile.

You love your family, but lately, it feels uneven, like you’re the manager of your home, not a partner in it. You juggle the moods, the schedules, the endless decisions and no one really sees how hard you’re trying.

You’re tired of overthinking, over-explaining, and walking on eggshells just to keep the peace.
You want to stop carrying the mental and emotional load of everyone around you.

And underneath it all, you just want to feel calm, connected, and like yourself again — not constantly on edge, not resentful, not running on empty.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — I've been there too.
Therapy can help you feel steady, supported, and at peace: in your body, your home, and your relationships.

How Therapy Can Help

I know firsthand how beautiful, messy, overwhelming, and isolating motherhood can be.

You don’t have to explain what it’s like to carry the invisible load or why you feel guilty when you’re not “enjoying every moment.” I get it. Because I’ve been there.

As a licensed therapist and a fellow mom, I help women find their way back to themselves. Together, we’ll navigate:

The identity shifts and relationship changes that come with motherhood

Birth trauma or complicated postpartum feelings

Anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion

The guilt that comes from always trying to do more, give more, be more

The invisible mental load that creates tension

Hi, I'm Brittney.

As a therapist and mom, I understand how beautiful and exhausting motherhood can be. It is my mission to help moms navigate it with honesty, compassion, and care.

Since 2011, I’ve supported moms through every stage. From infertility and loss to birth trauma, NICU stays, and postpartum anxiety or depression, as well as the ongoing challenges that come with raising kids.

Clients describe me as authentic, open-minded, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and supported.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Psychology from Texas State University.

When I’m not in session, I’m probably in spin class, running a mom-taxi service, or convincing myself that furniture rehab counts as self-care.
