Therapy for Moms, by a Mom Who Gets It

Holding space for mothers in Austin, TX

Being a mom changes everything - and not just in the ways people talk about. You lose sleep. You lose time. You might even feel like you’re losing yourself.

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or years into parenting, therapy can be a place where you get to be the priority. A place where you don’t have to hold it all together. A place to feel seen and supported without judgment.

Motherhood is full of contradiction.
You can feel grateful and resentful.
Happy and anxious.
Exhausted and in love.

You don’t need to fix everything. But you do deserve support.

How Therapy Can Help

I know firsthand how beautiful, messy, overwhelming, and isolating motherhood can be. You don’t have to explain what it's like to carry the invisible load or why you feel guilty when you're not “enjoying every moment.” I get it. Because I’ve lived it.

As a licensed therapist and a fellow mom, I help women:

Navigate identity shifts and relationship changes

Process birth trauma or complicated postpartum feelings

Cope with anxiety, depression, or burnout

Set boundaries and reconnect with themselves

Let go of shame and perfectionism

Hi, I'm Brittney.

I’m not just a therapist—I’m a mother too.

Since 2011, I have worked with women at all stages of pregnancy and motherhood, including those who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss or complications, birth trauma, a NICU stay and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

My mission is to provide support to parents through the hardships and joys! Clients say I'm authentic, compassionate, open minded, and work to collaborate with you and never shame you.

I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and I have a BS in Psychology from Texas State University.

Let’s talk about what you’re going through—and how I can help
